Hey there, New Chapter
Early adulthood can feel exciting—and overwhelming. Between school, work, relationships, and big decisions, it’s easy to feel anxious or stuck.
Therapy gives you a space to pause, process, and find clarity so you can move forward with confidence.

Your 20s and 30s can feel like a time of both freedom and immense pressure. Between figuring out your career path, navigating friendships and dating, setting boundaries with family, and managing the stress of “having it all together”—it’s easy to feel stuck, anxious, or like you’re falling behind.
At The Practice, I work with young adults who are learning how to move through this season with clarity, self-compassion, and the confidence to move forward.
College, grad school, or your first few years in the workforce can bring intense stress. You might feel like you’re constantly comparing yourself to others or drowning in expectations. Therapy can help you manage anxiety, build resilience, and learn practical ways to cope.
From moving to a new city, starting (or leaving) relationships, or choosing a career path—you’re likely facing big decisions. Therapy gives you the space to process, explore what you truly want, and navigate life’s transitions without losing yourself in the process.
Whether it’s learning to say no to family pressures, finding your voice in dating, or creating healthier friendships, I’ll help you recognize patterns and build confidence in your boundaries and relationships.
Loss, disappointment, or unexpected change can hit especially hard in this stage of life. You don’t have to navigate it on your own. Together, we’ll create space to process your emotions, make sense of your story, and find a path forward.

Intake Process
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it’s your first time. After our first conversation, I’ll send you a simple intake form so we can begin with your story and goals in mind. This is a judgment-free space for you to show up exactly as you are.
For over 25 years, I’ve walked with individuals as they face the hard, messy, and in-between seasons of life. My work is rooted in trauma-informed practices and evidence-based therapy, always tailored to you.
My goal is to help you feel seen, valued, and capable of moving through life with confidence—even when things feel uncertain.
Yes! I am a postpartum therapist, and new moms are near and dear to my heart. Our society has done us no favors with the support offered to new mothers during an incredibly sensitive time of healing and bonding. I offer anxiety and depression therapy to help give you resources and tools to experience hope when it feels impossible on your own.
