I’m Jennifer Hamblin, MSW, LCSW 

Having spent more than 25 years as a licensed clinical social worker—I bring deep compassion, extensive clinical skills, and a trauma-informed approach to my work with individuals and families.   

With experience working in outpatient community mental health (extensively in medical settings including hematology/oncology, women and infant services, neonatal intensive care, and pediatric hospital), I have had the honor of supporting many clients through complex diagnoses, life transitions, grief, and trauma. 

My professional background includes roles in crisis intervention, outpatient therapy, and integrated care, where I have provided psychotherapy, advocacy, and family support across a range of life stages and experiences. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), grief and loss,and trauma-focused interventions.  

The Practice is rooted in compassion, connection, and collaborative healing. Whether you are navigating an unexpected medical diagnosis, grieving a loss, or seeking support for anxiety, burnout, or caregiving stress—I work alongside clients to foster resilience, insight, and meaningful change.
