At The Practice, I want you to feel seen, understood, and supported. As your therapist in the Chandler, Arizona area, I foster insight around your emotions, teach skill development, and support you in the practice of maintaining a balanced well-being. Ultimately, the goal is meaningful, value-aligned change that extends beyond the therapy space and permeates your everyday life.
Having spent more than 25 years as a licensed clinical social worker—I bring deep compassion, extensive clinical skills, and a trauma-informed approach to my work with individuals and families.
With experience working in outpatient community mental health (extensively in medical settings including hematology/oncology, women and infant services, neonatal intensive care, and pediatric hospital), I have had the honor of supporting many clients through complex diagnoses, life transitions, grief, and trauma.
My professional background includes roles in crisis intervention, outpatient therapy, and integrated care, where I have provided psychotherapy, advocacy, and family support across a range of life stages and experiences. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), grief and loss, and trauma-focused interventions.
