Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Are you carrying more than anyone realizes?
Maybe you are walking through grief that feels impossible to explain.
Maybe cancer has entered your story and nothing feels steady anymore.
Maybe you are in a season of transition and wondering why it feels heavier than it should.
You are not meant to navigate this alone.
As a therapist in Portland, I hold space for individuals who are ready to stop pushing through and start breathing again. Therapy here is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in more than 25 years of clinical experience. This is a space where you can feel seen, supported, and deeply cared for while we work toward clarity, resilience, and hope.
If you are searching for a Portland therapist who will walk alongside you with steadiness and understanding, you are in the right place.
Grief reshapes you. It can follow the death of a loved one, a life altering diagnosis, infertility, miscarriage, divorce, or a transition you did not choose.
In grief counseling, you are given permission to feel what you feel. There is no timeline here. No pressure to move on. Together, we process the loss while building coping tools that allow you to function and eventually reengage with life in a meaningful way.
A cancer diagnosis changes everything.
Whether you are in treatment, in survivorship, facing recurrence, or supporting a loved one, the emotional impact is significant. Many individuals feel pressure to stay strong while quietly struggling with fear and exhaustion.
I provide therapy for individuals throughout Portland and surrounding communities including Beaverton, Hillsboro, Gresham, Lake Oswego, and nearby areas.
Beginning therapy can feel intimidating. I aim to make the process welcoming, structured, and supportive.
We begin with a brief consultation to ensure we are a good fit.
You will complete intake forms prior to our first session. This allows me to understand your history and goals so we can create a thoughtful plan together.
Sessions are 50 minutes and scheduled based on your needs. Many clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and stability.
At this time, we are in network with Atnea, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Quest Behavioral. We can also provide a “superbill” to submit to your insurance provider if they can accept these types of receipts. My sessions start at
$95 for a 30 minute session and $175 for a 50 minute session.
The type of therapy I use is individualized to their unique experiences and goals. However, I have been trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT),Grief and Loss, Women’s Mental Health , trauma-focused interventions, and more.
