A Beaverton Therapist Who Meets You Where You Are

Life can change in ways we never expected.

You may be grieving a loss that has reshaped your world.
You may be coping with the emotional toll of a cancer diagnosis.
Or you may be navigating a transition that has left you feeling overwhelmed or uncertain.

Many people try to carry these experiences quietly while continuing to meet the demands of everyday life. Over time, the weight can become exhausting.

Therapy offers a place where you can pause and be supported.

As a therapist serving Beaverton, Oregon, I work with individuals who want a compassionate space to process what they are experiencing. Together, we explore what you have been holding, develop tools for navigating difficult emotions, and work toward restoring a sense of balance and clarity.

You do not have to move through this chapter alone.

Jennifer Hamblin, MSW, LCSW

Meet Your Beaverton Therapist

With more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through grief, trauma, illness, and major life transitions.

I approach therapy with deep respect for each person’s story. Healing does not happen through pressure or quick solutions. It happens when you feel safe enough to speak honestly and explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion.

Clients often describe our sessions as grounding and supportive. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and where meaningful progress can unfold at a pace that feels right for you.

Throughout our work together, we focus on helping you strengthen resilience, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with a sense of stability and hope.
