Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Life can change in ways we never expected.
You may be grieving a loss that has reshaped your world.
You may be coping with the emotional toll of a cancer diagnosis.
Or you may be navigating a transition that has left you feeling overwhelmed or uncertain.
Many people try to carry these experiences quietly while continuing to meet the demands of everyday life. Over time, the weight can become exhausting.
Therapy offers a place where you can pause and be supported.
As a therapist serving Beaverton, Oregon, I work with individuals who want a compassionate space to process what they are experiencing. Together, we explore what you have been holding, develop tools for navigating difficult emotions, and work toward restoring a sense of balance and clarity.
You do not have to move through this chapter alone.
Grief can arrive in many forms. It may follow the loss of someone you love, a serious medical diagnosis, infertility, miscarriage, or a life transition that changed the direction of your life.
While grief is a natural response to loss, it can feel isolating and confusing. You may find yourself moving between sadness, anger, numbness, and exhaustion. Grief therapy offers a place where you can process these emotions without judgment or pressure.
A cancer diagnosis can bring uncertainty into every area of life.
The emotional experience often includes fear, anxiety, anger, and exhaustion. Even when surrounded by supportive friends or family, many individuals feel alone in what they are carrying.
Cancer support therapy provides a place where you can speak openly about these experiences.
I provide therapy for individuals living in Beaverton and surrounding communities including Hillsboro, Tigard, Aloha, Cedar Hills, and the greater Portland metro area.
Beginning therapy can feel intimidating. I aim to make the process welcoming, structured, and supportive.
We begin with a brief consultation to ensure we are a good fit.
You will complete intake forms prior to our first session. This allows me to understand your history and goals so we can create a thoughtful plan together.
Sessions are 50 minutes and scheduled based on your needs. Many clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and stability.
At this time, we are in network with Atnea, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Quest Behavioral. We can also provide a “superbill” to submit to your insurance provider if they can accept these types of receipts. My sessions start at
$95 for a 30 minute session and $175 for a 50 minute session.
The type of therapy I use is individualized to their unique experiences and goals. However, I have been trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT),Grief and Loss, Women’s Mental Health , trauma-focused interventions, and more.
