Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Some seasons of life feel heavier than others.
You may be grieving someone you love and unsure how to move forward.
You may be navigating the emotional toll of a cancer diagnosis.
Or you may simply feel overwhelmed by a life transition that has left you feeling disconnected from yourself.
Whatever has brought you here, you do not have to hold it alone.
As a therapist serving Medford, Oregon, I work with individuals who are ready to pause, reflect, and begin making sense of what they are experiencing. Therapy is not about fixing you. It is about creating a space where your story can unfold with honesty, compassion, and care.
Together, we focus on helping you regain a sense of steadiness, clarity, and hope.
Grief touches every part of life. It can affect your relationships, your sense of identity, and even your physical wellbeing.
Sometimes grief is obvious and immediate. Other times it quietly lingers beneath the surface, showing up months or years after a loss.
Grief therapy provides a space where you can speak openly about what you have experienced without pressure to “move on.”
When cancer becomes part of your life, everything can feel uncertain.
Appointments, treatments, and medical decisions can take center stage, leaving little space to process the emotional impact. Many individuals feel pressure to remain positive while privately feeling afraid, exhausted, or overwhelmed.
Cancer support therapy offers a place to speak honestly about what you are experiencing.
I offer virtual therapy for individuals in Medford and surrounding Southern Oregon communities including Ashland, Central Point, Jacksonville, Talent, and nearby areas.
Beginning therapy can feel intimidating. I aim to make the process welcoming, structured, and supportive.
We begin with a brief consultation to ensure we are a good fit.
You will complete intake forms prior to our first session. This allows me to understand your history and goals so we can create a thoughtful plan together.
Sessions are 50 minutes and scheduled based on your needs. Many clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and stability.
At this time, we are in network with Atnea, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Quest Behavioral. We can also provide a “superbill” to submit to your insurance provider if they can accept these types of receipts. My sessions start at
$95 for a 30 minute session and $175 for a 50 minute session.
The type of therapy I use is individualized to their unique experiences and goals. However, I have been trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT),Grief and Loss, Women’s Mental Health , trauma-focused interventions, and more.
