A Medford Therapist Who Walks With You

Some seasons of life feel heavier than others.

You may be grieving someone you love and unsure how to move forward.

You may be navigating the emotional toll of a cancer diagnosis.
Or you may simply feel overwhelmed by a life transition that has left you feeling disconnected from yourself.

Whatever has brought you here, you do not have to hold it alone.

As a therapist serving Medford, Oregon, I work with individuals who are ready to pause, reflect, and begin making sense of what they are experiencing. Therapy is not about fixing you. It is about creating a space where your story can unfold with honesty, compassion, and care.

Together, we focus on helping you regain a sense of steadiness, clarity, and hope.

Jennifer Hamblin, MSW, LCSW

Meet Your Medford Therapist

I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 25 years of experience supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments.

Throughout my career, I have worked with people navigating grief, serious medical diagnoses, anxiety, trauma, and major life changes. These experiences can reshape how you see yourself and the world around you. Therapy offers a place to process those changes and rebuild a sense of stability.

Clients often share that they feel safe opening up in our sessions. My approach is calm, attentive, and deeply compassionate. I believe each person deserves to be understood without judgment and supported in discovering their own path forward.

My role is not to rush your healing or tell you who you should become. Instead, I walk alongside you as we explore what healing, resilience, and growth might look like in your life.

Grief touches every part of life. It can affect your relationships, your sense of identity, and even your physical wellbeing.

Sometimes grief is obvious and immediate. Other times it quietly lingers beneath the surface, showing up months or years after a loss.

Grief therapy provides a space where you can speak openly about what you have experienced without pressure to “move on.”

Appointments, treatments, and medical decisions can take center stage, leaving little space to process the emotional impact. Many individuals feel pressure to remain positive while privately feeling afraid, exhausted, or overwhelmed.
