At The Practice, I work with new moms in the thick of postpartum, teens walking through difficult life transitions, and individuals navigating grief and loss with mental health therapy. Throughout our time together, we will delve deep to get to the root of the struggles that have held you back from living your full, authentic life and learn new skills to help you overcome them.

Whatever brings you here, I want you to know you’re in the right place. I’ve walked some difficult paths myself, and I understand how important it is to feel supported, understood, and not judged.
I know what it’s like to struggle with anxiety and panic. I know what it’s like to support someone you love dearly as they battle chronic illness and mental illness. I know what it’s like to grieve. And I know what it’s like to parent teenagers and young adults in a world that is so very different from the one I grew up in.
I have great empathy and compassion, and I believe deeply in the power of support and feeling seen. I know there will always be struggles and difficult times but together we can find acceptance and contentment. We can sit with the grief, the hurt, the suffering so that we might also sit with the joy, the victories and the peace.
I recently heard a man quote Lao Tzu, when he said
“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”
